A ninety-minute session is several gigabytes. On court Wi-Fi that is the whole afternoon, and your footage now lives on somebody's server.
How VECTO does it
The detection, the cutting and the render all run on the phone in your pocket. It works with no signal at all, in a gym with no bars, on a court with no Wi-Fi.

Your footage never leaves your phone
This is not a privacy setting you have to find. It is how the app is built: the models ship inside the app and run on the device, so there is no copy of your match on our side to lose, to leak, or to be asked for.
Two things follow from that, and one of them is a real cost, so we would rather say it here than bury it: we cannot recover a reel for you, because we have never had one. And when you tell us the app missed a good point, we are working from a text log, not your video — which makes support slower than it would otherwise be. We think it is worth it. The privacy policy spells out the rest, in the same plain words.

Not a trial that expires, and not a watermark you have to pay to remove. A set number of matches every month, refreshed every month, for as long as you use the app.

Adjust as much as you like — nothing is spent until you keep it. Building a reel and looking at it costs nothing. Only the ones you decide to keep count against the month.

While the app is still coming, we will make you one by hand. Send us a session and we will send back the reel, free, no strings — we learn something from every match we see, and you get the thing you came for.
One condition, and it is the one we care about most: everyone in the video has to know and agree. Pickleball is played in fours, and the other three did not sign up for the internet.
